Event Overview

A premier 3-day MTB stage race and E-MTB Tour in the Rubicon Great Zuurberg, surrounded by the Addo National Park offers a unique opportunity to experience the stunning natural beauty of South Africa’s Eastern Cape region. Riders will navigate through a diverse landscape, from open grasslands to dense forests, all while enjoying panoramic views of the regions breath taking landscapes.

The event starts and finishes each day at the Zuurberg Mountain Village, with two race villages serving as the central hub for riders to socialise, relax and refuel. With top-notch amenities, the race villages at Zuurberg Mountain Village and Hayterdale Trails offer a variety of delicious food options, open bars and entertainment to create a festive atmosphere for riders.

Imagine unwinding in your private wood-fired hot tub, overlooking incredible views after an incredible day on the trails. Each AfriCamps tent, situated at Hayterdale Trails only 9km from the Start / Finish, includes a kitchen, bathroom, wood fired tub, braai, private viewing deck and can accommodate four riders, with two rooms featuring a comfy queen-size bed each, with an additional single bunk bed in one room, and all the essential comforts.
